Contact us →For the Urine and Oral Fluid programs, no. For BAT, you'll need access to your own DOT-approved EBT device for the live session, since that's the device you'll be demonstrating on. Here's the approved devices list.
Once you pay, just reply to your welcome email with a couple of day/time options and we'll get you booked with an evaluator. You can jump into the self-paced modules right away while you wait.
For DOT qualifications, yes: a full refund within 30 days, as long as you haven't sat your live session or downloaded a packet yet. For certificates and self-paced courses, it's 14 days, before you open the course. The details are in our Terms.
