How do I access the forms after I buy?

You'll get a welcome email with your account login. Sign in, fill the 60-second intake form — business name, address, phone, governing state — and your customized forms are immediately in your My Forms Library dashboard. Every form has a one-click Print button and a one-click Save PDF button.

Can I edit the forms after I buy?

Your business details are already baked in. You fill per-client details — donor name, date and so on — in your browser before printing or saving. For deeper edits, save the PDF and open it in any PDF editor. Full white-label branding is available as an add-on; contact us for a quote.

What does “commercial-use license” mean?

You can use the forms inside your business — print them, give them to clients, file them with insurers and courts — for the lifetime of your business. You can't resell the templates to other testing companies or distribute them as your own product.

What's the “1 year of updates”?

Federal CCF/ATF forms are periodically revised and regulations get amended. When a form in the Library is updated you'll get the new version free, for 12 months after purchase. After that, updates are an optional renewal.

Is this legal advice?

No. These are well-built templates that follow widely-used DOT and HIPAA practice. They aren't a substitute for your own counsel.
