The TestRight Provider Network is a private group of collection providers selected by TestRight Academy from participating CollectorConnect companies.
Providers are considered when TestRight identifies a need based on location, service coverage, client requests, or future network opportunities. There is no direct application for Provider Network standing.
There is no cost to join CollectorConnect or to participate in the Provider Network.

CollectorConnect is where collection providers introduce their businesses to TestRight Academy and maintain information about their locations, services, qualifications and coverage areas.

A private, selected group. TestRight chooses providers from CollectorConnect when a real coverage or service need arises. It cannot be applied for.
Joining CollectorConnect makes a provider eligible for future consideration. It does not automatically place the company in the TestRight Provider Network.

TestRight periodically reviews CollectorConnect providers when a geographic or service need arises. Consideration may be based on:
Selection is discretionary and based on TestRight’s internal network needs. Not being selected does not reflect negatively on a provider’s qualifications or services.

Create a company profile and provide accurate information about your services, locations and capabilities.
Keep your qualifications, insurance, contact information and service coverage current.
TestRight reviews CollectorConnect when coverage, referral or partnership needs arise.
Providers who appear to fit the need may be contacted for additional documentation or information.
Selected providers are entered in the private register, issued a Provider Network ID, and sent a dated confirmation by email.
Standing
Referrals
When TestRight receives a request outside its normal service area, we may refer it to an appropriate provider in the network.
TestRight does not take a referral fee, commission, or share of the resulting revenue. The provider decides whether to accept the opportunity and manages the client relationship directly.
Referral activity varies by location and cannot be predicted. Network standing does not guarantee work, reserve a territory, or create exclusivity.
Definition
Provider Network standing means a company has been selected for TestRight Academy’s private professional network following an internal review.
It is not a certification, accreditation, licence, government approval, inspection, audit, or guarantee of competence or future work. It has no regulatory standing and is not affiliated with DOT, HHS, SAMHSA, or any government agency.
