Go from collector to qualified trainer. Learn to teach and qualify others in DOT urine mock collections, breath alcohol testing, and oral fluid collection — then run your own training business under your own name, with the option to get it TestRight Accredited.
Prerequisite: to qualify others in a discipline, you must already be currently qualified in that discipline yourself. This course trains you to teach — it is not a collector qualification.
This qualification qualifies you to deliver the knowledge portion and evaluate the supervised mock collections for each discipline — the foundation of every DOT collector's qualification.
Teach the §40.33 standard and problem collections, then evaluate the five error-free mocks every collector must pass.
Train STTs and BATs on the EBT, the ATF, screening and confirmation — and evaluate the seven required mock tests under §40.213.
Cover §40.35 device operation, direct observation, and chain of custody — then evaluate the device-specific mock collections.
Everything you need to start teaching the day you finish. Branded for your business, built on the regulation.
Unlocked instantly in your trainer dashboard the moment you enroll — present the slideshows on-screen (in person or over Zoom) and print the qualification templates to issue to your clients. Nothing to download or install.
Unlimited commercial use under your own business name, with lifetime access — train as many clients as you like, as long as you keep the underlying 49 CFR Part 40 content unchanged.
Give these qualification documents to your clients after they complete their mock collections or other required training components.
Complete the qualification course in your dashboard, then start qualifying others.
One-time $599. Your account unlocks the full Train the Trainer course and your materials starter pack.
Self-paced modules covering the trainer's role, all three disciplines, mock evaluation, documentation, and running your business. Pass the knowledge check in each section.

Does this make me a DOT-qualified trainer automatically?
It gives you the trainer knowledge program and a Certificate of Completion. But to actually qualify other people in a discipline, you also need to be currently qualified in it yourself and complete the supervised demonstrations that discipline requires.
Can I really brand the slideshows with my own business?
Yes. They're made to be taught under your own business name, so you can add your logo and branding to the cover and footer. The one thing you don't touch is the underlying Part 40 content.
How do I get the materials?
Everything lives in your trainer dashboard. You present the branded slideshows right from there, either in person or by screen-sharing on Zoom, and you print the qualification templates to hand to your clients. Nothing to download or install, and your access is for life.
What do I give my clients when they finish?
You use the qualification templates from your starter pack: certificates, training records, and mock-evaluation forms. You fill those out to document and issue their qualification once they've finished their mock collections or other required parts.
Do I have to train all three disciplines?
No. You can train one, two, or all three. The only rule is that you have to be currently qualified in each discipline you want to teach.
What's your refund policy?
The whole course and your materials starter pack unlock the moment you enroll, so this follows our self-paced course policy: a full refund within 14 days, as long as you haven't started the course. Once you begin, all sales are final. See our Terms for the details.
