For Collection Sites & TPAs

Become a TestRight Accredited Provider

Get your collection site or TPA recognized as a vetted, standards-meeting DOT provider. Pass our review and you earn a verifiable accreditation badge, a certificate, and a listing in our national Collector Network — so employers and C/TPAs can find and trust you.

What accreditation gives you

A third-party stamp that tells employers your business meets the standard — backed by something they can actually verify.

TestRight Accredited Provider badge

A verifiable badge

Display the "TestRight Accredited" badge on your website, profiles, and quotes. Each one carries a unique accreditation ID anyone can verify.

An accreditation certificate

A dated certificate with your accreditation ID and term, ready to print, share, or hand to an auditor or client.

A Collector Network listing

Your business is listed in our public Collector Network directory with an Accredited badge, so employers searching your area find you first.

What accreditation requires

Accreditation means something because we check. When you apply, you attest that your business meets these standards (we may ask for documentation during review).

How it works

Apply once, then renew each year to keep your accreditation and listing current.

Apply

Fill out the application below with your business details, the states and services you cover, and your DOT-qualified staff. It's free to apply.

We review

Our team reviews your application against the standards above — usually within 2–3 business days — and may ask for documentation.

Approve & pay the annual fee

Once you're approved, we issue your accreditation ID and send a secure link to pay the $299/year accreditation fee.

Get accredited & listed

Questions

Do I have to train with TestRight to get accredited?

No. Accreditation is about your business meeting the standards — your collectors can be qualified through us or elsewhere, as long as they hold current DOT training documentation. (If they're not qualified yet, our collector programs are an easy way to get there.)

Is the badge actually verifiable?

Yes. Each accreditation has a unique ID (like ACR-2026-XXXXXXXX) tied to your record, so an employer or auditor can confirm your status is real and current.

When do I pay?

Only after you're approved. Applying is free; once we approve you, we email a secure link for the $299/year fee. Your accreditation and listing go live once it's paid.

How long does it last?

Your accreditation runs 12 months. We'll remind you before it expires so you can renew and keep your badge, certificate, and directory listing active.

What if my application isn't approved?

We'll let you know what's missing. Since there's no charge to apply, you can fix the gap and reapply — for example, after a collector completes their qualification.
