DOT Collector Qualifications

Train now, collect later. You can complete the §40.35 qualification today, but DOT oral fluid testing cannot be performed yet. DOT requires at least two HHS-certified oral fluid laboratories before employers may implement it (§40.67(g)(5)), and there are currently zero.
